Designed for IQ Developers in Brooklyn, the IQ Bishopscourt Showhouse was created to showcase the lifestyle and appeal of modern student accommodation. The brief called for an interior that was vibrant, contemporary, and functional—capturing the attention of a younger market while demonstrating the full potential of the development.
